Breathwork with Kimberly Rose offers a safe, nurturing, and heart-centered space to experience the transformative power of conscious connected breathing.
This gentle yet powerful practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional healing, mental clarity, physical well-being, and spiritual connection. Through intentional breathing, the body naturally begins releasing stored stress, suppressed emotions, tension, and overwhelm while activating its own innate ability to heal and restore balance.
Each Breathwork session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level — calming the mind, soothing the nervous system, and creating space for clarity, peace, and inner transformation.
One of the most fascinating things about the breath is that it is one of the body’s primary detoxification pathways. In fact, approximately 70% of the body’s toxins are naturally released through breathing. As oxygen levels increase within the body, many people experience greater emotional release, improved energy, mental clarity, relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being.
Breathwork can also bring awareness to subconscious patterns, memories, emotions, and survival responses held within the body — helping you gently release what no longer serves you so you can move forward feeling lighter, more connected, and more aligned.

My mission is to help people remember the healing power that already exists within them through the breath. It is an honor to hold a loving, compassionate, and safe space for others to heal, reconnect, and transform from the inside out.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about guiding others back home to themselves through Breathwork.
